These terms govern your use of Workomatic ("the Service"), operated by Workomatic ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Workomatic is a thinking and planning tool that helps you capture ideas, organize work, and align with your team. We provide the Service "as is" and may update or discontinue features at any time.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service for other users.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service without written permission.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of everything you create in Workomatic. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to operate the Service for you. We will not share your content with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.

5. Payment & Subscriptions

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are issued at our discretion for billing errors or service outages.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or proprietary technology.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
